Operational support for air forces

ADAMS provides targeted support to air forces in the areas of standardization and quality management. Our experts—all of whom are currently serving or former flight personnel with many years of military experience—help design new procedures, optimize existing processes, and create synergies that maximize operational readiness. We assist with the creation and maintenance of documentation, regulations, and guidelines.

Working closely with our clients, we ensure the seamless integration of new standards and the continuous improvement and updating of existing procedures. In addition, we provide personnel to support the German Air Force in carrying out its sovereign duties. As part of their reserve duty, they are involved in the active defense of German airspace (QRA flight operations) or in mission control at the CRC. As flight instructors, they are active in basic flight training as well as in conducting check rides.

Our Mission – Ensuring Operational Excellence

The demands placed on the Air Force are extremely high; operational performance at the highest level is a must. However, time and, in particular, human resources are limited. That is why we provide the Air Force with our highly qualified personnel and their unique expertise on a complementary basis. We handle the creation and ongoing updating of standardization documentation, conduct portions of flight theory training—for example, in the weapons instructor course —provide exercise leadership during large-scale flight exercises (preparation, execution, and follow-up), and accompany exercises to compile detailed experience reports. We develop apps specifically tailored to the requirements of flying units, such as the Recognition App, the FCC History Tool, and the squadron-specific VB Test Tool, which is used to annually license the Air Force’s flying personnel. In addition, we continuously analyze and evaluate the relevance and effectiveness of existing training measures and implement best practices for sustainable optimization.

Whether through personnel or practical digital tools,we support the air forces with our decades of experience gained during thousands of flight hours in active flight service. Our mission:to maximize operational readiness, optimize processes, and ensure superiority.
