ADAMS Development offers tailored solutions
to optimize aviation training and simulation technology.
We provide practical, proven tools for maximum efficiency.
In the field of development, ADAMS optimizes aviation training through innovative simulations. Our focus is on expanding existing systems and maximizing the effectiveness and efficiency of training through targeted enhancements. Unlike traditional providers, we develop compact yet comprehensive simulators that take air force training to a new level. As active and former fighter pilots, we design practical, needs-based solutions that precisely meet the operational requirements of our clients.
With our unique combination of highly specialized software development and our extensive experience gained from thousands of flight hours in military training and operational flight operations, we develop innovative systems for modern air force training. Our simulations set the standard. They are always optimally tailored to the specific training objective and can be used to perfectly complement conventional simulators. Our goal is targeted fidelity. Whether as a procedure trainer or mission trainer, whether in B-course training or tactical training—we offer the perfect solution. Our simulators maximize access to high-quality, cost-effective training while simultaneously reducing the workload on flight and simulator instructors.
This not only optimizes training but also significantly increases the availability of scarce personnel resources. We understand that in Air Force training, every moment counts and every training exercise must be as realistic as possible. Our solutions enable pilots to train for complex scenarios, prepare for critical missions, and continuously improve their operational readiness. That is efficiency at the highest level.

Sebastian Becker has already accumulated 20 years of experience as a fighter pilot on active duty and continues to serve as a flight instructor for the Air Force in a reserve capacity.
In 2011, he became the German Air Force’s last flight instructor for the F-4F aircraft before switching to the Eurofighter in 2013. There, he was initially assigned as a flight instructor for the basic training course on the Eurofighter at the Laage base, before returning in 2016 to his home unit, Tactical Air Force Squadron 71 “Richthofen,” where he served as an operations staff officer and later as head of the standardization group.
In addition to his training, Sebastian Becker regularly took part in Bundeswehr missions in the Baltic states, and even today, as a pilot with the Quick Reaction Air (QRA) unit, he continues to ensure the safety of German airspace.
He has been Head of Development at ADAMS since 2023.
Our developers are not only experienced software engineers, but have also worked directly on the actual Eurofighter code. Combined with our military flight experience—over 100,000 flight hours in combat aircraft—we offer a unique perspective that guarantees practical and highly functional solutions.
Through this combination of technical excellence and operational experience, we create products that meet the highest standards.
ADAMS is not tied to Airbus or any other manufacturer. This gives us the flexibility to develop customized solutions for various platforms that are specifically tailored to our customers' needs.
This independence allows us to consistently utilize the best technologies and most innovative concepts.
We collaborate with leading research institutions and industry partners, including the University of the German Armed Forces in Munich, METREA, ViperWing, Thrustmaster, and VARJO. Our goal is to integrate innovative technologies into existing training and simulation systems, thereby sustainably improving training efficiency.
