Our greatest strength is our ADAMS team. With over 100,000 hours of flight experience on military and civilian aircraft, as well as in-depth technological and operational expertise, we deliver solutions that really work.
Our teams work flexibly, precisely, and with a mission-oriented focus —just like in aviation.
We know that success is built on clear communication, efficient processes, and seamless teamwork. That’s why we rely on a structured yet flexible approach that allows us to implement customized solutions quickly and efficiently. This “tailored to the mission” mindset makes us more effective than others.
Our teams consist of former pilots and weapons systems officers, flight instructors, engineers, systems developers, graphic artists, designers, programmers, and executives from the fields of military leadership, electronic warfare, intelligence, IT, and security, all of whom bring years of practical experience, including from operational deployments and NATO. They have proven in extreme situations that they can make the right decisions under pressure—it is precisely these skills that are incorporated into our solutions, up to and including VS-NfD.
