Tobias Möllenkamp brings extensive operational experience from military aviation and combines flying excellence with strategic leadership. After completing his training on the F-4F Phantom (2009–2013), he transitioned to the Eurofighter, where he served as a flight leader (SF) until 2022.
During his career, he participated in international missions and exercises such as Enhanced Air Policing, the Tactical Leadership Program (TLP), and Blue Flag in Israel. In addition, as Head of Human Factors at Tactical Air Force Wing 71 “Richthofen,” he played a key role in advancing crew resource management and safety culture.
His expertise in flight safety was also evident in his role as flight safety staff officer in the same squadron.
He has been working at ADAMS since 2022. Today, he heads the “Digital Training” division and, as an authorized signatory, also bears overall commercial responsibility.
